This Porsche 997 GT2 was delivered new to Switzerland by Porsche Ticino in February 2008 in the iconic colour of Silver Grey Metallic. Its first owner kept it for 9 years, during which he covered 32,500 kilometres. In 2017, the GT2 was imported and registered in Belgium.
Equipped with leather/alcantara-finish bucket seats, the interior is sporty, understated and elegant. Alcantara is used on the steering wheel, gear knob, handbrake lever, headlining and door trim.
With just 36,000 kilometres on the odometer, this GT2 is in very good overall condition. It has never been involved in an accident, and no engine or other modifications have been made. Its history is clear: it has been serviced exclusively in the Porsche network, as its service book and file of invoices attest. Last revision done in November 2023.
The GT2 is renowned for its exceptional performance and elegant design. It is a lighter version of the 911 Turbo, with rear-wheel drive only, enabling it to reach a higher top speed. It is also equipped with a more powerful flat 6-cylinder engine that develops an impressive 530 horsepower.
The Porsche 997 GT2 is a true supercar with breathtaking technical characteristics and performance, with a 0 to 100 km/h time of 3.7 sec and a top speed of 330 km/h. PASM (Porsche Piloted Suspension) comes as standard in 2 modes: Normal and Sport. In the latter setting, PASM reduces body movements to a minimum, while barely compromising comfort thanks to permanent adaptation to road contours. Another in-house speciality that comes as standard is the PCCB, i.e. carbon-ceramic disc brakes derived from racing, which provide a quick and efficient braking.
A limited production run of less than 1,300 units makes this model a collector’s item, a rare opportunity not to be missed. In short, this GT2 has everything it takes to capture the hearts of enthusiasts.
