This beautiful Fiat Nuova 500, finished in the delightful Giallo Tahiti, was originally delivered in 1972 in the Netherlands. It has had only three owners since new and has covered a remarkably low 52,500 km in total, making it a rare find.
The car was purchased in 1979 by the second owner as a hobby project.
In 1981, the Fiat underwent light cosmetic attention: the front hood was replaced, and the body was fully repainted in its original Giallo Tahiti color by a specialized shop. Mechanically, the car was fully reconditioned, ensuring it remained in excellent running order. In the 1990s, the original folding PVC roof was replaced. Other than these respectable updates, the car remains largely in its original, unrestored condition, with authentic details throughout.
The third and current Belgian owner bought the car in 2020.Since then, it has been very little used, only 800 km, which explains its exceptionally well-preserved state.
Unlike most examples that have either been heavily restored, modified, or have unknown histories, this particular Fiat 500 stands out as an authentic survivor. It presents beautifully in its charming yellow color. Inside, the cabin retains its authentic vintage atmosphere, and the driving experience is delightfully pure light, nimble, and full of character.
Fans of la Bella Vita – the Italian lifestyle – will love this charming Fiat 500 that can be enjoyed immediately as a practical classic perfect for city drives and weekend outings.
